Front Office

BIZTEC Hotel, front office module includes all the front office functions including reservations, registrations, tour operator contracts, room allotments, room change and safety keys. In addition it also includes extensive variety of reports for Management Information system (MIS) and Decision Support System (DSS). For instance, reports like scheduled arrival and departure, vacant rooms, reservation etc., can form a part of MIS; reports like occupancy performance, tour operator performance rating etc. can form a Decision Support System. Yet another special feature of this module is the guest search from guest history, which is vital for Front Office.

Back Office

BIZTEC Hotel, back office module takes care of bill entry, cash collection, invoice generation. Tour Operator wise sales, room discounts, Temporary registration etc., This module has close link with accounts module. Reports are provided wherever required. These reports assist at all levels of management, be it operational, middle or top level while taking crucial decisions. For instance, the nationality-wise sales report can be used to take strategic decisions on strengthening profitable markets and to tap the untapped markets.

Billing

BIZTEC Hotel Billing module includes all the billing details for all the items which the customers in various outlets like bars, restaurants, kitchen, coffee shops, and excursion utilize. Bills are issued to the customers and cash is collected from them before they leave. Systematically all the transactions will be updated. It also monitors the information on outlet-wise sales, receipts, shortages, and transfer of products in quantity and rate. It also provides sales forecast and analysis report in various formats.

House Keeping

BIZTEC Hotel Housekeeping module is the heart of any hotel industry. It is important to provide clean and congenial atmosphere to the guests, BIZTEC Hotel has provided a detailed log report feature on each room, names of the service provider, date and time of removal/change of toiletry items and other changeable/removable items. This enables the hotel management to ensure the hotel’s cleanliness and hygienic norms.

Telephone Interface

BIZTEC Hotel Telephone interface provides connectivity between EPABX and the application. The guest telephone/ fax bills generated through the EPABX, can be transferred automatically by the system, which avoids work duplication.

Personnel

BIZTEC Hotel Personnel maintains information about employee details, designation, department and generates report on pay slips, salary sheet, organization chart, attendance, leave register and other employee details. These are the records, which help the personnel department of the hotel to maintain up-to-date information about the employees.

VISA Processing

BIZTEC Hotel Visa processing module maintains the passport details of the guest, visa details (transit / visit visa), arrival and departure details. Their payments and receipt details against visa processing will be automatically updated onto the accounts.

Accounts

BIZTEC Hotel Accounts module maintains all accounting details and provides very many outputs like balance sheet, journal entry, sub-ledger, trial balance, profit and loss account, income expenses report, cash payment book, cash receipt book, overhead expenses, subsidiary books etc. All the necessary reports are included as well. In addition, year-end posting feature is also available. Since this module is closely integrated with all other modules, all commercial transaction information updates would take place here.

Inventory

BIZTEC Hotel Inventory module records the details about product, supplier, outlet, and customers thus generating relevant Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notice and much more wherever required. It also reports stock transactions, stock movement, transaction consolidation, section-wise stock, bin card maintenance, so on and so forth. Inventory module is connected to other related modules as well.

Maintenance

Provides detailed information on heavy machineries, diesel generators, air conditioners and other important moveable/ immovable items. Their log report is also maintained with information like date of service, warranty period, annual maintenance contract details, date of re-service etc.,
