
Biztec Centralized Inventory is designed to maintain a chain of retail stores with added functionalities like centralized inventory control for all retail stores, human resources and an integrated financial management control which takes care of all the accounting activities of retail stores along with the core outlet and head office. All the retail outlets are connected with the head office through leased / dial up networking for data transfer.
Inventory Control generates reports for sales register, month-wise sales comparison, daily sales analysis, daily sales with collections, purchase register, GRN register, costing sheet, freight analysis, cost price analysis, duty variance report, bin card, stock statement, stock valuation, stock movement, physical stock, daily stock statement, spoilage, internal transfers, packing list, price list, and discount reports.
Inventory Control can generate analytical reports like ABC analysis, FSN movement analysis, profitability analysis, accurate stock statement on basis of FIFO methodology, customized pre-printed invoices, supplier rating, customer-wise discount reports

Accounts
Financial Accounting module maintains balance sheet, journal entry, sub-ledger, trial balance, profit and loss account, income & expense report, cash payment book, cash receipt book, overhead expenses, subsidiary books etc. It is mainly designed to manage individually owned but centrally controlled and operated properties. This section takes care of daily revenue, expense allocation and produces monthly financial statement for management. Since this module is closely integrated with other modules, all the commercial transaction information is updated automatically and immediately. It also supports multi-currency receipt and payments, bill adjustments, check return register entry, suspense entry, budget entry, multi-level account heads, bank reconciliation and PDC register entry.
Financial Accounting generates purchase requisition approval, purchase order (local / import), payments (cash and bank), receipts (cash and bank), journal, credit note, debit note, cash collection report, cash flow, monthly budget report, outlet wise P/L statement preparation, balance sheet, audit trial, customer and vendor ledger, PDCs in hand report, customer / supplier–wise ageing analysis, outlet-wise cost of goods.
Personnel
Personnel module deals with all staff related activities that include payroll preparation, promotion entry, salary fixation, Recruitment processing, interview calling, and termination notice. In the Attendance module staff attendance entry, leave entry, leave opening, casual leave application, annual leave application, permissions and attendance adjustment are done. It generates all kinds of attendance reports, leave balance reports, permission reports, leave ledger, tax details, promotion details, PF statements, pay bill, pay slip, identity card preparation, application summary and interview schedule preparations are some of the important reports.
